Sene Sea Front is an impeccably furnished, fully autonomous 70 sqm villa, set in a privileged clifftop position directly above the sea in idyllic Souda Plakias.
The crown jewel of the residence is the exclusive private glass-wall infinity pool, seamlessly blending with the crystal-clear waters of the bay below. The spacious private terrace, complete with cozy lounge beanbags and an outdoor dining setup, provides the ultimate spot for morning coffee or romantic evening drinks as the sun dips below the horizon.
Inside, the villa features warm earthy tones, clean architectural lines, and modern amenities. The elegant living room with a Smart TV and the fully equipped kitchen (complete with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster) ensure a seamless self-catering stay. There are two things which make this place special. One ist the location. The villa is a dream for itself. Modern, clean, lots of nice detail, sea-view and of course the pool is amazing. It is right next to a nice beach and there are some good restaurants close by. Its a quiet area with beautifiul nature.
The second thing are the people. The hosts (Evangelina&Stelios) are great people with good vibes and a lot of passion. They know what it means to make you feel comfortable at any time.
Also the locals at this area are very friendly & open.
We are very happy that we found this place.
Die Villa ist wirklich nur zu empfehlen. Sie liegt wunderbar oberhalb des Strandes mit tollem Blick, dennoch windgeschützt und sonnig. Sie bietet jede Annehmlichkeit und Evanghelina sorgt für alles, was man braucht.

Highly recommend location! Super friendly hosts, an excellent house in great condition and an amazing view over the beach and shore from the terrace and the pool!
We are yearly visitors to the Greek Islands and have stayed in Crete for a number of years. We have found the south of the island around Plakias to be particularly scenic with excellent beaches (although can be a little windy). This villa is one of the best we have stayed at with a perfect view over Souda beach. The villa is clean and very well presented with all amenities needed. Air conditioned throughout with excellent shower room and cooking facilities. The pool is outstanding – again with great views. Pool cleaned 3 times a-week and villa cleaned twice weekly with fresh bedding and towels (both at time that suits). Outdoors has an eating area in shade most of the day and sun-loungers. Nearby Plakias has a number of Tavernas and shops including supermarkets. Communication with the hosts was almost instant over Airbnb and we were met at the property and bid farewell at the end of our stay – the hosts were extremely helpful and welcoming. I cannot really fault the place and we are planning to go back
WOW! We feel so lucky to have found Evangelina and Stelios and their fantastic villa.
The villa is absolutely perfect in every way and prpvided much needed rest and luxury for us all. thwy have genuinely thought of everything.
We loved this whole area of Crete. it was perfect for us. We have spent a lot of time on the North and it was so fantastic to be here and experience this more laid back vibe. Beautiful beaches all over and fantastic food, we didnt have anything but brilliant food. We even found excellent diving for my husband with the diving club in Plakias.
But back to Evangelina and Stelios. The most incredible kind hosts who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Lots of treats from them to us, even the most delicious birthday cake home cooked for our son.
We honestly couldn’t have had a better stay and we hope to book for our return visit next year.
We loved everything and have nothing but happy memories.

We had a wonderful time starting with a warm welcome from Evangelina and Stelios.
The fridge was filled with some drinks and they even had prepared some tasty snacks!
The house itself is in a great location, only a few meters to the beach incl. bar and restaurant. From the terrace and the infinity pool you have an amazing view of the beach and shore.
The house is perfectly equipped with everything you need incl. air conditioning in all rooms (except bathroom…).
Evangelina and Stelios are super friendly, react quickly in case you have any questions and they come like every 3 days to the clean the pool and the whole house.
One of our best AirBnB experiences and we will definitely come again!
Everything about Evangelina’s place is perfect. A beautiful, well-equipped villa with the most incredible views over the bay that we enjoyed whilst dipping in the pool to cool off. The beach is a one minute walk away, with a Taverna that had the best food on the island.
Souda Beach is a peaceful, tranquil and idyllic setting. Plakias is a 5 minute drive away – a beautiful, welcoming coastal village with lots of great tavernas and shops.
Evangelina & Stelios were kind, attentive and gracious hosts. Our flight to the island was delayed and we arrived very late, but they were there to greet us, having made us a beautiful meal for our arrival. Throughout the week they responded with any questions we had about the island. We really couldn’t have asked for more. A wonderful place with wonderful hosts.
Simply perfect, it’s a paradise !!! We loved Sene Villa! It’s a place not to be missed.
Fantastic house with a magical view of the sea & Souda Bay. indoor and outdoor space (what a terrace!), top equipment, and very clean: a dream location. The terrace makes you vibrate, MAGNIFICENT!!! !

Diese Unterkunft hat sich die höchste Bewertung wirklich verdient. Nach ausführlicher und freundlicher Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern sind wir am Anreisetag mit großer Herzlichkeit empfangen worden. Die Gastgeberin hatte ihre Kochkünste spielen lassen und uns mit köstlichem selbstgemachten Auflauf und Nachtisch begrüßt. Die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und haben auf alle Fragen schnell reagiert. Die Villa selbst ist in neuem, sehr gepflegten Zustand, sehr sauber, gut eingerichteter Küche, gemütlichen Betten in denen man hervorragend schläft und geschmackvoller Inneneinrichtung. Lediglich eine Waschmaschine fehlt, was aber für uns keine Rolle spielte. Der Infinity-Pool eröffnet einen atemberaubenden Blick über die Bucht, welche hervorragend zum Baden geeignet ist und von der Villa nach 1 min. Fußweg erreicht werden kann. 2 Tavernen am Ende der Bucht sind zu Fuß ebenfalls gut erreichbar und zu empfehlen. Die Straße, die an der Villa vorbeiführt, wirkt sich nicht störend auf die Ruhe der Villa aus. Insbesondere nachts ist nichts zu hören, da die Straße am Ende der Bucht aufhört, es also eine Sackgasse ist mit wenig Verkehr. Für uns war es eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Sene Villa für die wir uns bei unseren Gastgebern herzlich bedanken!
